Maximum Load Capacity
It’s important that you know what the maximum load capacity is of your equipment per part. You will find this in the images on the right. If you subtract your body weight from the maximum load capacity, you will know the number of weights you can load. You include your bodyweight only when there are parts on which you can sit or lay on.
Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 100 kg on the UB20 before you reach the maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
The backrest has 7 adjustment options: enabling you to train in different positions and ergonomically responsible.
With this weight bench, you save space. You can make the UB20 considerably smaller thanks to the fold-down mechanism. You can store them flat bench under a bed or in a closet, and it does not have to become a permanent part of your interior
