DELIVERY & WARRANTY
All mailing and delivery services are only applicable within Malaysia.

Your item(s) will be mailed within 3-5 working days from your date of purchase.
For delivery of equipment and/or bulky items, our Customer Care Consultants will be in contact with you within 2 working days to arrange an appropriate delivery time slot with you.

Please note:
There will be a standard flat rate of RM 10 for any purchases of less than RM1,000.
Delivery Coverage Within Malaysia
Places such as army camps, air force & naval bases, air freight centers, ports, terminals, wharves, PO Boxes, and similar places of such may be rejected under AIBI’s absolute discretion.
Acceptance of Orders
The receipt of an e-mail order invoice does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit and/or amend the order quantity, promotional period, items, gifts or any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.
Warranty
All fitness and health equipment (Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, Trampolines, Rowers) comes with 1 year warranty. All beauty products come with 6 months warranty unless otherwise stated. Accessories of products are entitled up to 30 days warranty. Do note that we do not issue warranty cards. However, your account details are safely recorded into our system for warranty coverage.
Our warranty does not cover:
•Product wear and tear
•Acts of nature/environmental conditions
•LCD
•Consumable items (battery, bulb, pads, gel, etc.)
•Damages due to inappropriate and/or misuse of product
Product Exchanges
AIBI Malaysia reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the merchandise before processing exchanges. Please note that we do not bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected exchange request item/s to you.
Bounced Parcels
We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. However please note that we may charge you for the cost of re-attempted delivery.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 1 year will be deemed as AIBI Malaysia’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
